I’m Paula, a Biology graduate, psychology instructor, certified life coach, and mental health trainer with more than 10 years of experience teaching biology, psychology, and ESL to students from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds. My teaching style is supportive, student-centered, and adaptable to each learner’s pace and goals. I enjoy simplifying complex concepts, encouraging critical thinking, and creating a positive learning environment where students feel confident, motivated, and excited to learn and grow academically and personally.
