Dr. Rogelyn T. Abubacar is an experienced educator with a focus on Early Childhood Education,Special Education and General elementary education . She holds a Doctorate in Education (EdD) and has earned degrees in Communication Disorders and Elementary Education. Dr. Abubacar has served as a college educator and student teacher supervisor at various institutions, including Opol Community College and Liceo de Cagayan University. She also works as an online tutor for U.S. schools, specializing in subjects like Math and ELA.
